2. PROMOTION SUMMARY

Matchplay Golf SA is running a lucky draw for teams that enter and pay for the 2026/27 Matchplay Golf SA season by 30 June 2026.

One winning team will receive Matchplay Golf SA branded Puma Golf apparel for both players, consisting of:

• 2 × Matchplay Golf SA branded Puma Golf shirts

• 2 × Matchplay Golf SA branded Puma Golf caps

The total estimated prize value is R2 500.00.

3. WHO MAY ENTER

The promotional competition is open to Matchplay Golf SA teams where:

• Both players are 18 years or older

• Both players are South African residents or otherwise eligible to participate in the 2026/27 Matchplay Golf SA tournament

• Both players hold valid GolfRSA HNA handicaps

• The team has completed the online team registration process

• The team entry fee has been paid in full and verified by Matchplay Golf SA by 23:59 on 30 June 2026

Directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, marketing service providers of the promoter, and their immediate family members, business partners or life partners, are not eligible to win.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To qualify for the draw, a team must:

• Register for the 2026/27 Matchplay Golf SA season at www.matchplaysa.co.za

• Complete the required team registration details

• Pay the applicable team entry fee in full by 23:59 on 30 June 2026

No separate lucky draw entry form is required. Each fully paid team receives one entry into the lucky draw.

5. PROMOTION PERIOD

The promotion starts on 18 May 2026 and ends at 23:59 on 30 June 2026. Entries received, completed or paid after the closing time will not qualify for this lucky draw, although the team may still be eligible to participate in the 2026/27 Matchplay Golf SA tournament if tournament registration remains open.

6. PRIZE

The prize is awarded to one team and consists of one branded Puma Golf shirt and one branded Puma Golf cap for each of the two players.

The prize is not transferable, may not be exchanged for cash, and may not be substituted by the winner. Matchplay Golf SA may substitute the prize with a prize of similar nature and value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its reasonable control.

Sizes will be requested from the winning team after the draw. Matchplay Golf SA will make reasonable efforts to supply the requested sizes, subject to Puma Golf stock availability.

7. WINNER SELECTION

The winning team will be selected by random draw from all qualifying paid team entries. The draw will take place on 3 July 2026, or on the next practical business day if the draw cannot take place on that date.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winning team captain will be contacted using the email address and/or mobile number supplied during registration.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 calendar days after the first notification attempt, Matchplay Golf SA may make further reasonable attempts to contact the winner. If the winner still cannot be contacted or does not accept the prize within a reasonable period, Matchplay Golf SA may draw a replacement winner from the remaining qualifying entries.

9. PUBLICITY

Matchplay Golf SA may invite the winning team to participate in reasonable publicity, including a winner announcement, photo, social media post, matchplaysa.co.za website or related promotional content.

Participation in publicity is voluntary. Winners may decline any request to use their image, name, voice or likeness in marketing material, and may decline to be present when the draw takes place or when winners are announced.

10. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information collected through the tournament registration process will be used to administer the tournament, verify eligibility, conduct the lucky draw, contact the winner, deliver the prize, and keep the records required for the promotional competition.

Personal information will be processed in accordance with Matchplay Golf SA's privacy policy and applicable South African data protection laws, including POPIA.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Matchplay Golf SA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to disqualify a participant if there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, false information, manipulation of the entry process, or breach of these terms.

The promoter's decision on all matters relating to the draw is final, subject to applicable law.

Matchplay Golf SA is not responsible for entries, payments or communications that are lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or not received due to technical, network, banking or other issues outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights a participant may have under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.

12. RECORDS AND COMPLIANCE

Matchplay Golf SA retains competition records for at least three years after the competition. These include promoter details, the rules, promotional material, prize details, draw records, winner notification records, proof of delivery or receipt, and any unsuccessful attempts to contact a winner.
